Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We at Manifier believe sophistication shouldn't be limited to specific parts of the world, and is something everyone should strive for.

How long are your shipping times?

Our shipping times average 2 weeks, however during times of high demand this can increase up to 4+ weeks.

Fulfillment questions

Can I change or cancel my order?


To accommodate quick processing, requests for changes/cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?


Orders are processed at our warehouse, with additional time required during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Expect processing within 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipping the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

What if I don't receive my order?


If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?


If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us with your order number and provide photographs of the item(s) along with any relevant details. We will promptly address your case to ensure a resolution.

When will I receive my refund?


Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please reach out to your bank or credit card company for information regarding when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received a credit for your return, please contact your bank/credit card company for further assistance.
